Welcome to No Fuss Gym. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the No Fuss Gym mobile application (the "App" or "NFG").
By creating an account and using the App, you fully accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
"No Fuss" philosophy: Simplicity, transparency, respect for the user. No unnecessary features, no exaggerated promises, no intrusive advertising, no data reselling.
No Fuss Gym is a strength training and fitness tracking app offering:
By creating an account on No Fuss Gym, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, as well as by the Privacy Policy. Refusing to accept the Terms means you cannot create an account.
The Publisher reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified by email and/or in-app notification of any significant change at least 7 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may delete your account from the App settings.

An internet connection is required to create an account and sync data (Premium). Sufficient storage space is also needed (~50 to 100 MB depending on local data).
The App is free to use in its Free Version. Some advanced features require a Premium subscription. No credit card is required to create an account or use the Free Version.
The Publisher commits to keeping the App available to the best of its ability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted 24/7 availability. In the event of extended downtime (over 24 hours), Premium users will be notified by email.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you declare on your honor that you are 16 or older. For users aged 16-18, parental or guardian consent and supervision are strongly recommended.
Required information at registration: valid email (or Google/Apple sign-in), secure password, nickname, age, sex, height and weight. This information is necessary for the App to function and to calculate health metrics.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. If your account is compromised, change your password immediately and contact us at contact@nofussgym.com.
Deleting your account results in its total and permanent deletion. Your data is marked as deleted and retained for 30 days. After 30 days: irreversible and complete deletion. No recovery is possible after that point.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your active subscription. Cancel your subscription separately from your Store settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
The Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are not permitted to: copy, modify, distribute or sell the App; decompile or attempt to extract the source code; use the App for commercial purposes without prior written authorization; create multiple accounts to bypass Free Version limitations; use bots or automated scripts; attempt to compromise the security of the App or its servers; or mass-scrape data from the exercise library.
Important: No Fuss Gym is a workout tracking tool. The App does not constitute a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice, a program designed by a certified coach, or a health diagnosis.
Consulting a doctor before starting any training program is strongly recommended if you have cardiac, respiratory or joint conditions; are pregnant or postpartum; have a pre-existing medical condition; have been sedentary for a long time; or take regular medication.
By using No Fuss Gym, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for performing exercises correctly and safely, that you must stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort, and that you must adapt loads to your fitness level. The Publisher accepts no liability for injuries.
The App calculates health metrics (BMI, estimated body fat, body ratios) based on your data and standardized mathematical formulas. These metrics are provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate (±5% or more), and do not constitute a medical diagnosis in any way.
Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed exclusively through the App Store (Apple Inc.) or Google Play Store (Google LLC). Technical management of Premium access and purchase verification is handled by RevenueCat Inc. The Publisher is not directly involved in the financial transaction.
Three subscription plans are available: Monthly, 6 months and Annual. Exact pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store and Google Play Store listings. Some plans include a free trial period.
The Monthly and 6-month plans include a free trial (3 and 7 days respectively). No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription is automatically activated.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the current rate, unless explicitly cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until that date. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period, except where provided by Apple's or Google's refund policies.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. The Publisher cannot initiate refunds directly.
In the event of a failed renewal (payment issue), a 7-day grace period is granted during which Premium access is maintained. Without resolution, access automatically reverts to the Free Version.
In the event of a price change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription if you do not accept the new pricing.
No Fuss Gym is the exclusive property of RoninKa Studio. All elements are protected by intellectual property rights: source code (Flutter/Dart), design and interface, the "No Fuss Gym" name and logo, editorial content, pre-built programs, exercise library and calculation algorithms.
Exercise images: Source gym-visual (gym-visual.com), commercial license acquired by RoninKa Studio.
Illustrations: Original creations by RoninKa Studio; some generated by AI (Stable Diffusion, local model) then substantially reworked.
Fonts: Montserrat and Inter (Google Fonts), SIL Open Font License (OFL).
Sound effects: Royalty-free libraries (CC0) and ElevenLabs (commercial use authorized).
Data you create in the App remains your property. By using the App, you grant the Publisher a non-exclusive license to host and process your data (required for the App to function), as well as the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for statistical purposes. Your photos are strictly private and never shared.
If you share ideas or suggestions, you agree that the Publisher may use them freely to improve the App, with no obligation to provide financial compensation.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for: physical injuries resulting from use of the App; health issues related to training without prior medical advice; results not achieved (the App is a tracking tool, not a guarantee); data loss due to a bug, crash or server incident; device incompatibility; temporary App unavailability; inaccuracies in health metrics; or unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is only liable for direct and foreseeable damages resulting from a proven fault on its part. Excluded: indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss and moral harm. Financial liability is capped at the amount actually paid by the User over the 12 months preceding the incident.
Use of the App involves the collection and processing of personal data, detailed in the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account. No notice or justification is required. Remember to cancel your active subscription from your Store settings before deleting your account.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, false age declaration or an attack on the App's security. The Publisher favors dialogue over sanctions for any non-obvious situation.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the App at any time. Major changes will be communicated via notification. If a Premium feature is permanently removed, the Publisher commits to giving you at least 30 days' notice.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The GDPR (EU 2016/679) applies to all Users residing in the European Union.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution must be attempted first: contact contact@nofussgym.com (30-day resolution window). Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Charleroi, Belgium have jurisdiction. Consumers residing in the EU may bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence under European consumer law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Publisher. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force. These Terms are drafted in French; in the event of a translation, the French version prevails.

This agreement is concluded between you and RoninKa Studio only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.
Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application. In case of non-conformity of the Application, you may contact RoninKa Studio. Apple has no obligation in this regard.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
By creating a No Fuss Gym account, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
