General Overview

Welcome to No Fuss Gym. Here's a quick tour of the app.

When you open the app, you land on the dashboard. It shows your weekly sessions so you can keep an eye on your consistency, your total training volume and your time for the week. Below that, a chart follows your body weight over time. At the bottom of the screen, a quick access shortcut lets you jump straight into your favorite program: you can set several and switch between them at any time.

The app is split into four main sections, accessible from the navigation bar:

  • Workout: everything related to your training. Program creation, automatic generation, pre-built program exploration, custom exercises and a full exercise library.
  • Body: complete body tracking. Measurements, automatically calculated health metrics, progress tracking and a comparative photo album.
  • Stats: workout analysis. Session progress, muscle distribution and performance over time.
  • History: your training calendar, with a summary of each session and full details of every exercise performed.

The settings icon in the top right takes you to the app settings: training preferences, account management, data and more. We'll cover those in the upcoming videos.
