Workout Settings

Before creating your first program, a few important settings will save you a lot of time.

Go to Settings, then Workout and Timer.

One of the most useful settings is the rest timer presets. You can set different durations depending on the exercise type: warm-up, compound or isolation. These values apply automatically to every exercise when you build your programs, so you don't have to adjust them manually each time.

You can also choose whether or not to include your warm-up sets in your stats, depending on how you want to track your progress.

Turn on the option to keep the screen from locking during your workouts.

If you use resistance bands, set the color and resistance of each band individually in the Band Presets section, so they match your actual equipment.

Enable automatic timer start on set completion: the rest countdown kicks off immediately after you log a set, with no extra tap needed.

Finally, you can toggle vibration on or off, pick the rest-end sound from the available options and adjust its volume. A few minutes spent here at the start will save you a lot of fine-tuning later.
