Let's look at how to create your own workout program.
In the Workout section, go to My Workouts. This is where all your programs are listed. Tap the + button and give your program a name.
Once inside your program, create your sessions. Each session needs a name, an icon and a color. The color matters: it shows up as a dot in your history calendar, letting you see at a glance how your sessions are spread across the week.
To add exercises to a session, open it. Exercises are organized by muscle group. A filter at the bottom of the screen lets you show only exercises that match your available equipment.
When browsing exercises, you'll notice a star next to each name. Tapping it adds the exercise to your favorites, moving it to the top of the list every time you search.
Select an exercise to add it to your session. The rest timer is automatically set based on your presets, but you can adjust it individually. Then configure your sets: tapping a set number lets you switch it to warm-up mode, which adjusts its rest time.
You can also enable RPE, which will ask for your perceived effort after each set. The info button next to each exercise gives you its description, technique cues, your past stats and your full history on that exercise.
Once your exercises are set up, go back to the session page and tap Start to begin. Tap the star on your program to mark it as a favorite: it will then be accessible directly from the dashboard.
