Workout Page

Here's how to use the workout page once your session is running.

To move between exercises, swipe sideways or use the directional arrows. You can add an extra exercise or a note at any point during the session using the dedicated buttons.

Tapping the timer opens a larger view of the countdown. You can adjust the rest duration up or down depending on how you feel.

To log a set, enter the weight used and the number of reps. The set is saved automatically and the rest countdown starts.

Next to each exercise name, the Options button lets you view the exercise details, swap it for another or remove it from the session. Handy if you want to adapt your program on the fly.

To add a set, tap Add Set. To remove one, swipe it sideways.

When you're done, tap Finish. The session is saved and counts toward your stats and history. If you tap Cancel, nothing is kept.

Once the workout is over, a session summary appears. You can share it on your social media or send it to your contacts using the share button.
