Other Training Options

The app offers several ways to start a workout, depending on what you need.

The program generator is a Premium feature built on an algorithm validated by a certified coach. It asks you a series of questions: your level, your goals, your muscle priorities, how many days a week you can train and what equipment you have available (full gym, home gym or minimal setup). It then produces a complete program with a detailed description. You can browse each session, and if an exercise doesn't work for you, a green icon shows that alternatives are available. Once you're happy with it, tap Validate Program: it's automatically added to your programs, ready to use.

Explore Training gives you a library of pre-built programs, all validated by a coach. It's the go-to option when you want fresh inspiration or to try a different approach. Pick a program, choose your equipment and get started. Premium users can also import these programs into their workouts to customize them freely.

Quick Start lets you kick off a completely open-ended session, with no predefined program. You add exercises as you go, based on what you feel like doing. At the end, you can choose whether to save it or not. Premium users can also convert it into a program to reuse later.
