Custom Exercises

The app lets you create your own exercises to complement the existing library.

Go to Custom Exercises and tap the + button. You can add a photo to illustrate the exercise, give it a name and define its type: weighted, bodyweight or cardio.

Select the primary muscle worked, then the secondary muscle if applicable (this field is optional). Specify the equipment required.

An important setting: indicate whether the exercise is a compound or isolation movement. This directly affects the default rest timer applied during your sessions, since compound exercises get a longer rest period.

You can also add a custom description: execution tips, points to watch out for, personal notes.

Once created, the exercise appears in the Custom Exercises section where you can edit it at any time. It's also integrated into the main library and accessible through the standard muscle group and equipment filters, exactly like any native exercise in the app.
