In the Body section, go to Body Measurements to log all your physical data.
You can enter your weight and all your measurements, from your feet to your head. If you're not sure how to take a specific measurement or what it represents, tap the info button at the top right: a guide explains the exact method and what that measurement means.
Keep in mind that you can backdate your entries. If you have past measurements noted in a notebook or another app, you can log them at their original date to build a complete history from the start.
Once your measurements are in, the app automatically calculates your health metrics:
For each of these metrics, tap the info button to understand what it measures, how to interpret it and check the reference scales. These numbers are here to give you objective benchmarks for your progress, not to judge you.
