Once you've logged your first measurements, the Progress section lets you visualize how you've changed over time.
You can view the history of each measurement and health metric over any period you choose: by month, by year or across your full history.
Tracking several indicators at the same time is especially useful. For example, if your weight is going up but your body fat percentage is also rising significantly, you're probably gaining as much fat as muscle. On the other hand, if your weight is flat but your body fat is dropping, you're losing fat while holding your muscle mass, which is a very positive sign. Combined, these data points give you a much clearer picture than weight alone.
The app also includes a dedicated photo album for visual tracking. Add your progress photos and date them precisely: the app automatically links the corresponding body data to each photo.
The Comparison tab lets you pick two photos from different dates and display them side by side. Along with the visual comparison, you get a numerical breakdown of your metrics: weight, BMI, body fat percentage, aesthetic index. An objective and motivating way to see how far you've come.
From the album page, the share button lets you post your progress to your social media or send it to your contacts.
